Practice highlights include a high-volume ED with about 60,000 annual visits, flexible scheduling with block time off each month (6-7 consecutive days), and the option for full-time or part-time

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and emergent conditions.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and support services to deliver efficient patient care.
• Supervise and collaborate with advance practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
