Envision is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at ER at Desert Springs, a newly opened freestanding emergency department providing 24/7 hospital-level emergency care as part of the Valley Health System network in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Board certified/board eligible emergency medicine physicians will rotate across multiple Valley Health System emergency department sites throughout the Las Vegas Valley, delivering high‑quality care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility opened in 2025.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital‑level emergency care in a freestanding ED open 24/7.
• Collaborate with Valley Health System for seamless patient transfers.
• Rotate across multiple Valley Health System ED sites in the Las Vegas Valley.
• Contribute to a high‑volume, state‑of‑the‑art emergency department setting.

• 18 treatment bays
• Multiple treatment rooms with walk‑in and ambulance access

• Clinicians will rotate across multiple Valley Health System emergency department sites throughout the Las Vegas Valley
