Job summary

ERx Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced emergency medicine physician for a small independent community hospital in central Georgia. The role features a daily volume around 23 patients and 12- and 24-hour shifts with Meditech as the EMR, and inpatient service run by a local team of hospitalists.

Providers work as independent contractors for tax benefits and the opportunity to moonlight. A+ malpractice insurance is paid, and applicants must have MD/DO with current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS

Qualifications

• Emergency medicine experience required.
• Current ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications.
• MD or DO degree with medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in a small community hospital ED.
• Collaborate with hospitalists for inpatient handoffs and care transitions.
• Meet staffing needs on 12- and 24-hour shifts.
