Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an Emergency Medicine professional to provide urgent medical care in Hot Springs National Park. The ideal candidate should be either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine and possess emergency department clinical experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing various acute cases, performing emergency procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation in the facility EMR. This position offers travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC preferred).
• Experience in Emergency Department is preferred.
• Experience in an Academic Medical Center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries across all age groups.
• Perform necessary emergency procedures within the scope of Emergency Medicine.
• Coordinate care with consulting specialists and hospital staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the facility EMR.
