TeamHealth is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physician to join the new Freestanding Emergency Department in Richmond, Virginia, opening July 2026. The role features low patient volume, 12-hour shifts, and strong administrative and clinical leadership support in a modern, fully equipped facility.

Job description

Provide excellent patient care with TeamHealth at HCA Scott's Walk Freestanding Emergency Department which is set to open doors to the Richmond, Virginia, community in July 2026! Our staff will provide 24/7 emergency medicine care to the community while delivering high-quality, efficient and compassionate care. With lower patient volumes and streamlined workflows, clinicians can focus on practicing excellent medicine without the congestion often seen in traditional hospital EDs.
