Job summary

Park Rapids, MN—CommonSpirit Health seeks an Emergency Medicine physician to serve as a critical lifeline in a close-knit Minnesota community. You will practice broad-spectrum Emergency Medicine, stabilize patients, and collaborate with local physicians to deliver integrated care in a setting with excellent recreation and family-friendly communities.

You will work 12-hour shifts with APP support, EMR Meditech, and benefit from a highly competitive compensation package and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical skills in Emergency Medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad-spectrum Emergency Medicine care and stabilization.
• Deliver meaningful, impactful care in a high-volume, rural setting.
• Collaborate with local physicians and specialists to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in 12-hour shifts with APP support and Meditech EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
