McLeod Health in Florence, South Carolina is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join the hospital-employed ED team at McLeod Regional Medical Center. This high-volume department serves nearly 75,000 patients annually in a Level II Trauma Center with modern trauma rooms and comprehensive support services.

The position offers a collaborative, physician-led environment with 81 exam rooms, dedicated pediatric trauma, rapid access features, and generous benefits including sign-on bonus,

Responsibilities

• Join a high-volume Emergency Department serving nearly 75,000 patients annually.
• Work in a Level II Trauma Center with state-of-the-art trauma rooms.
• 81 exam rooms with dedicated triage, imaging, and laboratory services.
• Dedicated pediatric trauma room and separate psychiatric holding area.
• Covered patient drop-off area for rapid access and care.
• Flexible scheduling with approximately 14-15 shifts per month (8- or 12-hour shifts).
• Must be EM-trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Physician-led, nonprofit health system with 7 hospitals.
