Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to staff a rural emergency department in Hobbs, NM. The role offers open ICU, EPIC EMR, and strong clinical support in a low-volume, high-acuity setting.

Compensation includes day rates of $310/hr and night rates of $330/hr, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and travel/lodging reimbursements. Malpractice with tail coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• ABEM board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with ED experience.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician.
• Emergency Medicine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a rural ED.
• Single physician coverage with APP support 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and advanced medical technology.

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care in a rural emergencydepartment serving a close-knit community in Hobbs, NM. This role offersexcellent compensation, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support in a low-volume, high-acuity environment.

Position Highlights:

• 12-bed ED with open ICUsetting
• 16,650 annual patient visits
• Single physician coverage with APP support 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Advanced medical technology

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRNopportunities
• Days $310 per hour, Nights $330 per hour

Requirements:

• ABEM board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Department experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician

• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
