Job summary

CHRISTUS Southeast Texas - Jasper Memorial, part of CHRISTUS Health, is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physician with experience to provide 24/7 ED coverage in a 19K annual volume ED with 40 beds.

The position requires ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and offers a collaborative environment with NP/PA support and Meditech EMR. Jasper offers a welcoming community in East Texas with a reasonable cost of living.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in EM, FM, or IM with relevant clinical experience.
• ATLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour physician coverage in the ED.
• Collaborate with NP/PA team to manage patient flow and coverage.
• Deliver high-quality acute care for ED volume roughly 19,000 annually.
