Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks an accomplished Emergency Medicine Department Chair to lead the Emergency Department and Pediatric ED at a major academic medical center in Morristown, New Jersey.

This leadership role requires board certification, a residency in Emergency Medicine, and a minimum of 15 years in ED leadership and academic medicine. Compensation ranges from $575,000 to $625,000 annually plus a leadership stipend and start-date bonus, with credentialing to complete in

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency.
• Current or eligible New Jersey medical license.
• 15+ years in Emergency Department leadership and academic Emergency Medicine.

• Residency and fellowship education preferred.
• Strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, and strategic leadership skills.
• Available to begin after credentialing (3–4 months).

We are seeking an accomplished Emergency Medicine Department Chair to lead the Emergency Department and Pediatric Emergency Department at a major academic medical center in Morristown, New Jersey. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced physician with a strong background in emergency medicine, academic medicine, and department administration.

The Emergency Department offers:

• Approximately 110,000 annualED visits, including pediatrics
• 120 modern treatment areas
• Recently renovated andexpanded adult and pediatric emergency facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $575,000–$625,000 annually,including clinical and administrative compensation.

Qualifications
