Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team across McHenry, Woodstock, and Huntley, IL. This full-time position is 0.9 FTE in a busy community hospital setting with access to advanced resources.

The physician will supervise and instruct advanced practice providers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, using EPIC EHR and maintaining hospital privileges at the three facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Medical Licensure and DEA.
• Board certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Graduate of fully accredited medical school and successful completion of residency in Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Hospital privileges at McHenry, Woodstock, and Huntley Hospital.
• Nurse and certified medical assistant support.
• EPIC electronic health system.
