Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join a well-established team of 16 residency trained Emergency physicians. The ED is a Level II Trauma Center with a 30-bed department and 38,000 annual patient volume.

Shifts include 13-15 per month (8-9 hours) with 49 hours of physician coverage per day, plus full sub-specialty call for pediatric and adult hospitalists.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Applicant must demonstrate active ED practice with census ≥3,000 annual visits.
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency (ACGME/AOA/RCPSC) required.
• Board certification within five years if residency completed.
• Privileging and credentialing requirements apply.

Responsabilités

• Assess, evaluate, diagnose and provide initial ED treatment for patients of all ages.
• Provide core Emergency Medicine privileges and coordinate care in a Level II Trauma Center.
