Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician for a lakeside town in North Dakota. The role offers W2 or 1099 options with flexible scheduling of 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend) and mid-level support during peak hours.

Base compensation, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and potential total income up to $616,000 depending on the package. Qualified candidates will have FM/IM training with extensive EM experience, ABEM certification preferred, and North Dakota medical license eligibility.

Qualifications

• FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience (at least 3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
• ABEM certification preferred.
• Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care including resuscitations, airway management, intubations and critical care.
• Operate 12-hour shifts with day/night/weekend rotations; mid-level support during peak hours.
