Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the Moses Lake, Washington team. The local team includes 8 EM residency-trained, Board-Certified physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers at Samaritan Healthcare, with a Level III trauma center and a 9-bed ED.

A brand-new hospital is being built; base 1099 compensation starts at $396k per year with a $50k commencement bonus for full-time commitment of 120 hours or more. The hospital is scheduled to open in March 2026.

Qualifications

• Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board Eligible (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• We welcome both physicians coming out of training and experienced physicians

Responsibilities

• Level III trauma center with an annual ED volume of 26,500.
• 9-bed ED plus 2-bed triage and fast care.
• Sup-Specialty Support available: General Surgery, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine/Hospitalist, Radiology with Real-Time Reads 24/7, CT/Ultrasound 24/7, MRI 7 days a week, OMFS, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, GI, Tele-neurology.
• A brand-new hospital is being built and is on track to open in March 2026.
