Job summary

CompHealth is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to provide hospital-based ED coverage, primarily in a single-coverage model. Shifts include 24-hour blocks with some 12-hour shifts, averaging 3–6 shifts per month, handling 5,000–6,000 patient annual volume.

On-site housing is available, with 24/7 OB backup on site. We arrange complimentary housing and travel and provide comprehensive malpractice coverage, plus streamlined credentialing and a dedicated recruiter to handle details.

Qualifications

• ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Shifts include 24-hour blocks with some 12-hour shifts; 3–6 shifts per month.
• Annual ED volume for coverage is 5,000–6,000 patients.

Responsibilities

• Emergency medicine coverage in a hospital setting.
• Single coverage on shift with no midlevels on duty.
