Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to join an experienced, collegial ED team.

This role offers double or triple physician coverage on most shifts with overnight single coverage, mentorship for new graduates, and access to 24/7 telestroke support. Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to join the experienced and collegial team at St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington. Join a well-established Emergency Department team known for its stability and collaborative culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and new graduates looking for a supportive practice environment. New graduates receive additional coverage, chart review, feedback and mentorship as they transition into independent practice. Position Details

• Full-time position
• Join a seasoned, robust Emergency Department team
• Double or triple physician coverage for most shifts, with single coverage between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Excellent mentorship and training opportunities
• Specialty support includes 24/7 telestroke coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is between $381,560 to $437,454 per year
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $5,500 annual CME allowance
• Providence is a non-profit that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Complimentary student loan consultant available

Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay and extra-shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
