Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a high-volume Arizona ED in Tucson. Shifts span 7:00a-7:00p and 7:00p-7:00a, with NP/PA coverage 7:00a-3:00p. Board certification or eligibility in EM, ACLS, and PALS are required.

Epic EMR experience is preferred. Start dates ASAP and flexible credentialing support available. This assignment offers competitive pay and comprehensive locum tenens support, including travel and lodging arrangements.

Qualifications

• Emergency Medicine board certification or eligibility.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in a high-volume ED.
• Cover shifts as scheduled (7:00a-7:00p, 7:00p-7:00a).
• Coordinate with NP/PA coverage as needed.
• Maintain patient flow and documentation per policy.

• Certifications Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
