Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring physician contractors (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plans. Visits include medication and medical history review and a physical exam performed in the patient's home.

Contractors can earn a competitive wage while balancing other commitments; you work from patients' homes without prescribing or altering treatment, and pre-populated forms are provided for each evaluation.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with current medical license.
• Experience performing in-home health evaluations preferred.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and some commercial plans.
• Review medications and medical history; perform a physical examination in the patient's home.
• Provide patient education and coordinate with care plans as appropriate.

Our physician contractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people s current treatment regimen.

This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
