Accolades Physician Resources LLC is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a private group on Oahu, Hawaii. The role features 8- and 9-hour shifts, a 12-14 shift per month schedule, and a modern renovated facility adjacent to an urgent care for fast-track treatment.

The position offers a W2 employment arrangement with day and night hourly rates. Qualified candidates are ABEM/AOBEM certified, able to obtain/maintain Hawaii medical license and DEA/CS permits, and Board Certified or Board

Qualifications

• ABEM/AOBEM certification required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license, DEA & CS permit in Hawaii.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with current US work visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage in a private group in Hawaii.
• Work 8- or 9-hour shifts with 12-14 shifts per month.
• Collaborate with teaching facility and residents rotating through.

Established private group is expanding coverage and adding 2 FTE physicians to its team due to growth. Work life balance has kept turnover low and morale high. The group has collegial relationships with hospital administrative leadership, benefiting all parties. The facility recently added an urgent care next to the ER to treat minor injuries as a fast track!

ROLE

• Renovated State of the Art Facility on Oahu
• Collaborative privately owned & managed group
• 15,000 annual volume
• Expanding Double Coverage
• 8 hour & 9 hour shifts

Shift Times

• 6-2p
• 11a-7p
• 2p-10p
• If interested can work 9p-7a
• Teaching facility with medical students and residents rotating through
• 12-14 Shifts per month

PACKAGE

• W2 employed position
• $200 per hour days
• $220 per hour nights
