• BC/BE Emergency, Family, Internal Medicine Physicians who have full time experience within the last two (2) years practicing in an ED setting.
• 2-3 professional references (names, numbers, titles, and emails).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, DEA
• Active State medical license in ANY of the 50 states.
