Skilled Wound Care is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician in Cincinnati, OH to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area. This no-call, no-nights position offers daytime, Monday–Friday scheduling and a chance to escape traditional ED shift work.

Candidates must have an MD or DO, an unrestricted state license, and DEA eligibility; training in wound care is provided. Part-time options are available alongside full-time roles, with salary range listed above.

Emergency Medicine Physician Salary & Compensation

• Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000 - $500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Emergency Medicine Physician Schedule

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Emergency Medicine physicians, as well as surgeons of all backgrounds and Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
