Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a Physician Assistant (Emergency Medicine) for PRN work. The role supports physicians with rounds, examinations, injections, wound care, and patient referrals in a busy ED setting.

Eligible candidates should have a PA program graduate credential, PA licensure in PA or reciprocity, and BLS certification. Experience is preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling within a respected academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the State of Pennsylvania required.
• National Certification in Pennsylvania or in another State with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania required.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for assisting physicians in the medical care and management of patients, performing such functions as making rounds, physical examinations, and other patient examinations, injections, care of wounds, arranging for patient referrals.
