• Coordinates and schedules laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitors patient progress and consults with supervising physician when needed.
• Plans and schedules work for the health team ensuring proper staffing and resources.
• Teaches students, residents and interns in emergency medicine techniques.
• Ensures complete and accurate documentation in medical records.
