Job summary
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full‑time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Medicine team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role spans Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care across a Level II Trauma Center and regional settings.
Preference given to candidates with an Emergency Medicine fellowship or advanced qualification and comfort caring for both pediatric and adult patients. Training and growth opportunities are available within the system.
Qualifications
- Emergency Medicine fellowship or advanced qualification in EM preferred.
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients is valued.
- Candidates with strong EM interest and desire for professional growth will be considered.
- Willing to support diverse clinical settings including ER and Urgent Care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency medicine and urgent care across multiple settings.
- Support oversight for ground and air emergency transport services.
- Perform emergency procedures such as airway management, laceration repair and reductions.
- Mentorship and teaching opportunities for learners and staff.
