Vituity is seeking an Advanced Provider for the Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois. You will join a high-volume Emergency Department/Urgient Care team, providing critical care within a comprehensive, patient-centered environment.

Applicants should hold national certification with DEA, ACLS and BLS, and may have a state license in IL. New grads are welcome to apply as part of a strong, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS and BLS are required.
• Current IL state license is a plus.
• New grads who have completed an internship welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency medicine care as part of the ED/urgent care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
