Society of Emergency Medicine PAs (SEMPA) is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join an independent, physician-owned ED group serving the Puget Sound region. The role offers flexible scheduling across multiple hospital and freestanding EDs, with no night shifts and strong support from an experienced EM team.

You will work across several EDs, handling a variety of patient populations and acuity levels, in a collaborative, patient-centered culture that values

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active or eligible Washington license.
• Minimum 1 year of high-acuity Emergency Medicine experience or completion of an EM Fellowship.
• Strong procedural and clinical skills.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Responsabilités

• Work across multiple EDs in the South Puget Sound region.
• Maintain flexible scheduling with long-term stability and no night shifts.
• Collaborate with EM physicians and APPs in a democratic, physician-owned group.
