Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in the Seattle area. Start ASAP with a pay rate of $97.00–$105.00 per hour, roughly 16 shifts per month, mostly overnight (8pm–6am).

The role requires board certification or eligibility, ACLS, BLS, and DEA, plus EPIC EMR experience. AMN coordinates travel, lodging, and transportation and provides malpractice insurance and strong support.

Qualifications

• Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage during 8pm–6am shifts.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document care in EPIC EMR with accuracy and timeliness.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Days per month: Approximately 16 shifts per month
• Shift times: 8pm-6am
• Back up specialties available: Registered Nurses
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration
