Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a hospital team in Wisconsin. Start date ASAP with shifts from 9 am to 9 pm; multiple shifts offered. Expect high patient volumes and close collaboration with physicians and support staff. EMR is Epic; board certification and ACLS/BLS are required.

Malpractice insurance and comprehensive travel/lodging arrangements are provided by AMN through their locum tenens program to ensure seamless placement.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Emergency Medicine NP.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in high-volume ED settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent/emergency care as part of hospital team.
• Manage 40-60 patient encounters per day.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff.

• Certifications required: Board Certified, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
