Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and obtain complete health history
• Perform physical examinations
• Provide medical advice and crisis intervention by telephone
• Establish medical diagnosis
• Prescribe drugs in collaboration with a licensed Physician
• Perform various diagnostic procedures
• Order diagnostic tests
• Refer patients to licensed Physicians or other health care providers
• Establish therapeutic or corrective measures for specific illnesses
• Coordinate care with specialty clinics, Physicians, and social services
• Record and maintain patient records
