Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. in Kennewick, WA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time Emergency Medicine role in a Level III Trauma Center.

You will deliver high-quality acute care in a fast-paced ED with 21-bed ED, 6 fast-track beds, 14 ICU beds; CT and ultrasound available; participate in floor codes and interdisciplinary teamwork. Compensation is $115.00 per hour with incentive opportunities, plus health, retirement, CME, and paid time off; strong growth

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS.
• Prior Emergency Medicine or acute care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, efficient care across a full spectrum of emergency presentations.
• Respond to all floor codes, including neonatal resuscitation.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in procedures as appropriate and within scope.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Support throughput and patient flow in the ED and fast-track settings.
