Job summary

Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic ED team in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role offers autonomy, collaboration with EM physicians, and opportunities for education and leadership development.

Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, delivering high-quality patient care at the top of your license, and working with a multidisciplinary team in a premier, high-volume Level I trauma

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Licensed, or eligible, for North Carolina as an NP or PA.
• Nurse practitioners must be ENP certified or eligible.
• Current BLS and ACLS; ATLS within a reasonable timeframe after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Work with EM physicians, APPs, nurses and staff to improve ED patient outcomes.
• Autonomy encouraged; manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver care at the top of your license while pursuing education and leadership opportunities.
