Job summary

Qualifications

• Must reside 90+ miles from the facility.
• CAQH questionnaire completed prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department services across multiple facility locations.
• Providers must be willing to work all shift times across assigned locations.
• Patient encounter rate of approximately 2 patients per hour.
• All providers must be credentialed and enrolled prior to start date.
• Assignment start date: November 1, 2026—ongoing.
