Compensation: $215.00 per Hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Dedicated Nights | 1,456 Required Clinical Hours Annually

We have partnered closely with a premier organization to secure a dedicated, full‑time Emergency Medicine Nocturnist. This role places you inside a highly regarded, close-knit community hospital emergency department that boasts an exceptional culture of mutual respect, internal clinical support, and stable operations.

This position is designed for an Emergency Medicine physician seeking a stable, structured night role with a highly manageable annual hourly requirement, minimal administrative friction, and top‑tier financial retirement matching.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on‑site during night hours, directing patient care and managing acute presentations with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from excellent, dedicated night‑time overlap coverage provided by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to streamline patient throughput.
• Support a high‑functioning community Emergency Department seeing a steady, predictable volume of approximately 28,000 patient visits annually.
• Utilize the Meditech EMR platform. The department currently deploys an efficient human scribe model, with a planned future transition to cutting‑edge AI scribes to drastically reduce administrative charting burdens.

Qualifications
