Vituity is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Moonlighter in Fresno, CA to support Saint Agnes Medical Center’s ED. This physician-owned partnership offers autonomy, local control and a national support system. Moonlighter role with per diem options and profit distributions.

AMS: 436-bed hospital with ~90,000 annual ED visits, scribe support, and broad backup. Compensation aligns with part-time/per diem schedules and potential partnership growth.

The Opportunity

• Must be a 3^rd year of a 3-year program or a 4^th year of a 4-year program to be eligible.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Saint Agnes Medical Center – Fresno, California

• 436-bed facility with a 63-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 90,000 with approximately 250 patients per day.
• TEE in the ED for critical resuscitation.
• All sub-specialty backup available excluding neurosurgery; Vituity scribe support available.
• 2024 Best Regional Hospital Award recipient.
• Established Vituity site since 2013.
• SAMC supports an ACGME accredited 3-year EM residency program hosting 24 residents.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
