US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Medical Director for the Bastrop area to lead the Emergency Department with a focus on operational excellence and physician/APP leadership. You will collaborate with hospital and nursing leadership to guide clinical care and patient outcomes.

You will influence organizational decisions through our shared-ownership model, supporting physicians and APPs while maintaining service quality and security across the ED.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ED operations in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration.
• Supervise the EM staff, per bylaws, policies and procedures.
• Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff.
