Qualifications
- Board-certified in emergency medicine with leadership experience.
- Experience leading an emergency department or medical leadership role.
- Ability to influence scheduling, workflow and department performance.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR and CLEO AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead an established emergency medicine team and guide clinical operations.
- Shape departmental performance and drive high-quality patient care.
- Provide leadership in scheduling, workflow and resource management.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance ED metrics and care quality.
