Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
• 36 months of Emergency Medicine residency training.
• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Texas Medical License or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ED and supervise residents, APPs and medical students.
• Teach GME and UME with bedside and didactic instruction across multiple ED sites.
• Engage in scholarly activity and contribute to department-wide metrics and faculty development plans.
• Participate in service duties and committees as assigned.
