Job summary

Atrium Health’s Union ED in Monroe, NC is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Wake Forest Emergency Providers team. APPs rotate through shifts across multiple EDs, collaborating with ED physicians to manage patients with varying acuity in a high-volume community hospital setting.

Applicants must hold NC PA/NP licenses (ENP boarded or eligible for NPs) and have BLS and ACLS before starting.

Qualifications

• Must have NC PA/NP license; ENP boarded or eligible for NPs.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required before starting.
• APPs rotate through shift times and locations with ED physician collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through shift times and all listed EDs.
• Collaborate with ED physicians to see patients of all acuity levels.
• Deliver emergency care within a high-volume, community hospital setting.
