Vituity is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Providers to serve as site leads at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. You will lead ED teams, coordinate care with hospitalists and specialists, and drive initiatives that improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include current national certification and a DEA license; IL state license is a plus. EM experience is preferred; new grads with an EM background will be considered.

Qualifications

• Current national certification and DEA are required.
• 1 year EM experience is preferred or consider Urgent Care with EM background.
• Current IL state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emergency Department teams at the site.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and specialists to coordinate care.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes.
