Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an experienced emergency medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a busy ED within a Level II Trauma Center. You will work alongside fellowship-trained emergency physicians and APC colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in EM, Georgia NP/PA licensure, DEA registration, and ACLS/PALS. A collaborative team environment and diverse shifts support professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience.
• Current Georgia NP or PA licensure.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED patient care as EM NP/PA in a high-acuity setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and APCs to ensure patient flow and safety.
• Participate in a rotating shift model to maintain schedule equity.

• 8pm - 6am
