Join a growing emergency medicine program serving the expanding Fort Myers market through a community hospital and multiple freestanding emergency departments. This opportunity offers a diverse clinical experience, strong physician leadership, and the ability to practice in one of Florida's fastest-growing regions.

Physicians will be credentialed across multiple locations, providing a mix of community hospital and freestanding emergency medicine experience while enjoying the benefits of living and working in Southwest Florida.

Compensation Potential

• Hospital Shifts: Approximately $300/hour
• Freestanding ED Day Shifts: Approximately $240/hour

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time schedule consists of: 12 shifts per month 144 clinical hours per month
• Schedules generally released approximately 90 days in advance
• Physicians typically receive 2-3 days off when transitioning between day and night schedules
• Opportunity to work across multiple emergency medicine environments

Medical Director - Freestanding Emergency Departments

• For physicians interested in leadership development, an opportunity is available to oversee operations across two freestanding emergency departments.
• Additional Compensation: $8,000 monthly leadership stipend Approximately $96,000 annually
• Continue clinical practice while serving in a leadership role
