Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an EMT (EMT-B/EMT-A) at our Siloam Springs site to ensure donor health and safety and enhance the donor experience. You will work with center staff to maintain a positive, efficient environment and support rapid growth across locations.

The role requires EMT certification, BLS/CPR, and physical capability to lift 50 lbs; weekend availability is expected. Competitive pay with benefits and potential monthly bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment.
• EMT-Bs: 1+ year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for donors.
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.

Compensation: $19 - $24/hour ($19 - $21 for EMT-B, $22 - $24 for EMT-A) + benefits and potential monthly bonus

What You’ll Do As an EMT (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment
  • For EMT-Bs, 1+ year of work experience
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
