Allied Universal is seeking an EMT Security Officer in Clifton Hill, MO. This full-time driving post involves unarmed patrols, customer service, and responding to security events while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Pay is $24.50 per hour with shifts Fri–Sun 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. A valid EMT certification, 1+ year of security experience, a driver’s license, and a high school diploma are required. Background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least two years of service in a healthcare and/or medical-related field is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology-focused office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures; report suspicious activity and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least two years of service in a healthcare and/or medical-related field is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
