Job summary

Allstar Ambulance in Modesto, CA is hiring an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our responsive transport team. The EMT will provide compassionate, high-quality care during inter facility transports, respond to non-emergency medical calls, and ensure safe loading and unloading of patients from company vehicles.

You will collect patient information, document care, communicate with dispatch and facilities, and participate in ongoing training to maintain certification.

Qualifications

• EMT license and certification required.
• Ability to act quickly in emergency situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to nonemergency calls in a timely manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure

In this role, the EMT will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients during Inter Faciltiy transports(IFT). Key duties include responding to non-emergent medical calls, conducting thorough patient assessments, and ensuring the safe loading and unloading of patients from company vehicles. The EMT will also be tasked with accurately collecting and documenting patient information while maintaining effective communication with dispatch personnel and healthcare facilities.
