Emergency Medical Dispatcher Opportunities in Saipan is seeking qualified individuals to handle urgent medical calls, verify locations and details, and coordinate EMS resources. You will follow approved protocols and provide essential pre-arrival instructions while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Required high school diploma or equivalent; EMD certification and CPR credentials may be required. The role may involve overnight or weekend shifts and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EMD certification preferred.
• CPR certification may be required; EMT/paramedic credentials are not universal.
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Receive calls involving illness, injury, and other medical emergencies.
• Confirm patient location, callback number, and access details.
• Ask approved questions about patient condition.
• Determine response priority through the medical dispatch system.
• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance resources when assigned.
• Provide protocol-based instructions within current qualifications.
• Relay patient information and scene hazards to responders.
• Document call processing and participate in quality reviews.
