The EMT ensures the ambulance and equipment are ready for service, maintain accurate documentation, communicates effectively with dispatch and healthcare partners, and operates with professionalism, safety, and compassion. This role plays a vital role in protecting public health and supporting emergency response operations within the community.

**This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record**
