Job summary

Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking an Emergency Manager (Mid) in San Antonio, TX, contingent upon contract award. The EM will lead assessment teams performing High Headquarters Assessments per DoD benchmarks across multiple program areas including Mission Assurance, Risk Management, AT, Physical Security, COOP, and cybersecurity considerations.

Qualified candidates will have prior EM/AT Level II experience, a Secret clearance, and 5+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Former position or experience as an installation or equivalent EM, AT Level II, Protection Assessment experience ICW P2MR2.
• Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of EM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform Higher Headquarters Assessments relative to IMCOM missions and assets.
• Assess program areas including Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and COOP.
• Travel up to 25% to support assessments across installations.

Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA)

Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The EM (Mid) shall be responsible for the performance of the contracted EM scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following Program Areas: Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).
