The Emergency Management Program Manager leads assigned emergency management programs and initiatives that strengthen the University's ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate the impacts of emergencies.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Emergency Management, this position works collaboratively with university leadership, faculty, staff, students, public safety partners, and external agencies to develop, implement, manage, and continually improve emergency management programs that enhance institutional resilience.
This position provides leadership and operational oversight for assigned emergency management functions, supports Emergency Operations Center (EOC) readiness, serves in assigned Incident Management Team (IMT) roles, represents the department as assigned, and participates in the department's 24x7 on-call emergency management program.
