Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee emergency management functions related to mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery, aligning programs with organizational goals.
• Manage COOP and EOC operations to ensure seamless response during emergencies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate exercises to test emergency readiness and operational effectiveness.
• Establish policies to support alternate site preparedness and ensure organizational readiness.
• Coordinate staff training programs to maintain high levels of preparedness across the organization.
