Qualifications

Experience with addiction and mental health is a plus.
Familiar with HIPAA laws and handling confidential information.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Normal office environment with shift work requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Emergency Housing program as guided by program policies.
Enter accurate documentation into the CMS.
Monitor residents' living areas for compliance with shelter guidelines.
Perform random bed checks and security checks during overnight shifts.
Screen individuals entering the shelter after hours; maintain respectful boundaries.
Work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and uphold core values.
